Ambulance on standby for Amy Winehouse gigs

London (ANI): Amy Winehouse is so keen to go ahead with her acts at Nelson Mandela's 90th Birthday Concert and Glastonbury, that she is willing to have ambulance crews on standby at the gigs. Despite her fragile condition, the singer is determined not to let her supporters down, or sacrifice the chance to play for her most famous fan, Mandela at Friday's concert in London's Hyde Park. Hence, a special St John's ambulance crew will be on permanent standby for Winehouse, who was hospitalised with emphysema last week. And concert organisers have also decided to refuse her request for alcopops and vodka. Amy's backstage boudoir will include a private hospital suite with a massage bed and paramedics.
