Lily Allen's father praises her attitude

Lily Allen's father Keith has praised her for her ability to "come out fighting" after her recent troubles.
Speaking on 'This Morning', Keith Allen said of his daughter: "It was a very, very tough time for her."
Lily Allen recently suffered a miscarriage and a relationship breakdown. Her television show also received a number of negative reviews.
"To wake up the day after your show basically being told that you're talentless and useless, it's pretty tough. She carried on, and power to her," her father said.
Speaking about the criticisms of Lily's television show, he said: "It seems unfair because I think the show is absolutely fine."
"It's not going to change the way you think or anything like that but I think it's an absolutely fine piece of television.
"And I think it's right that she's been re-commissioned because I think she's learnt a lot from it."
"I think she's taken it on board and she'll come out fighting and the second series will be better, great."
In the same interview, Keith Allen praised his son Alfie, who recently appeared in stage production 'Equus', describing him as a "much better actor" than himself.
