Halle Berry's Post-Pregnancy Work-Out Regime Revealed

Halle Berry’s body is back to looking it’s smokin’ hot best, just two months after she gave birth to her daughter, and now the secrets of her post-baby workout have been revealed.



The Monster’s Ball actress popped out Nahla Ariela Aubry on March 16th, and a mere six weeks later made her first public appearance looking radiant.



People reveals exactly how she managed to shed the pounds. The 41-year old worked out for 60 minutes, five days a week with trainer to the stars Ramona Brazaga.



Their sessions consisted of three cardio segments, on the elliptical, not to mention kickboxing and then a stairs or hill climb, then also a strength-training routine that include abdominal work and leg exercises.



In addition to her exercise sessions, Halle is eating lots of vegetables, lean proteins and complex carbohydrates, and drinking a large quantity of water.
